SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders domestically and internationally within 1-2 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location, and external factors such as logistics supply chain issues may cause delays. All our shipping is express and tracked through Australia Post locally & DHL for international orders.

Our returns policy is 14 days from the date of purchase. Once the 14 days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to a refund or exchange.

SWIMWEAR

-No Returns or Exchanges-

Strictly no returns or exchanges on swimwear. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to be provided with the items being returned. All returns are to be posted to PO Box 8, Drummoyne, NSW, 1470, Australia.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days less shipping costs. If your return is rejected, you will will be responsible for return shipping costs of rejected items. Shipping costs are usually $15 to $25 Nationally and $45 to $55 Internationally. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@inrama.com.

SALE ITEMS

We do not exchange or refund discounted items, which include any clearance sales where discounts are 20% or more off the original retail price.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you received damaged goods, please take photos of the damage and email us at info@inrama.com with your order purchase number in the subject line. Once received, we will contact you with the next steps. If the exchange relates to a size issue, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50.00AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
