Domestic Orders: Shipped via Australia Post.
International Orders: Shipped via DHL.


Shipping Time

Combined Orders
• If you purchase an item that is not currently in stock along with available items, your order will be shipped once all items are available for dispatch.

• We ship orders both domestically and internationally.

RETURNS


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including plastic sleeves and tags.
Note: Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.


How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@inrama.com with your order number and photos of any issues with your item.
2. Prepare Your Return: Include a copy of your purchase receipt with the order number.
3. Mail Your Return: Send the item(s) to the following address:

Return Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, minus shipping costs.
If Rejected: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Estimated return shipping costs:
o National: $15 to $25
o International: $45 to $55

REFUNDS

Refund Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, excluding shipping costs.
If Rejected: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the rejected items.

SALE ITEMS

No Exchanges or Refunds on Discounted Items
• We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased at a discount of 20% or more off the original retail price, including clearance sales.

EXCHANGES

Eligibility for Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.
• We exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.
• Discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

1. Report the Issue: If you received damaged goods, please take photos of the damage and email us at info@inrama.com with your order number in the subject line.
2. Follow-Up: Once we receive your email, we will contact you with the next steps for processing your exchange.

Exchanges for Size Issues
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and Shipping Costs
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and Delivery Times
• The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary based on your location.
• For items valued over $50.00 AUD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
